A professionally trained BBS consultant since 1998, Dave Stanley has directly implemented more than 20 BBS ’site specific’ processes in a variety of countries and cultures all around the world. In addition to his position as principal editor for group safety standards, Dave also designed, wrote, and implemented a group-wide “Risk Analysis” system and Behavioral Safety reporting metric. Through his knowledge of and association with the BBS safety consulting process, Dave has the ability to analyze and define a wide variety of problems in order to develop and implement solutions through training and coaching. With his board-based engineering knowledge allied to in-depth understanding of what makes people succeed or fail, Dave has a strong track record of successful problem solving.
