With more than 20 years of experience working at the Mexican Oil State PEMEX, Martin Vizcarra has also been certified by Insights Learning & Development in the Insights methodology and Primedia Workplace Learning programs and is currently working as a BBS consultant.
Since 2001, Martin has been working with SAVING LIVES IN MY WAY®, advising and guiding people, national companies and multinational projects in safety culture and behavior change. He consults with individuals and organizations to improve their effectiveness in five key areas: individuals, teams, organizations, sales, and leadership.
Martin designed, marketed, and implemented the largest Latin American Formation and Training of a SAFESTART™ project for PEMEX–an oil company with 13,000 employees. With the ever-changing business scene, Martin’s knowledge of and experience with the corporate climate of Latin and South America is invaluable.
